Adept at leading cross functional teams with excellent People Management skills with Strong Background in Fraud Detection, Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strategies, Proven Track record in Fraud Prevention and Security Management, Threat Analysis. Extensive & Vast experience of handling National, Strategic, Operational & Administrative aspect of Fraud Risk Mitigation & Security Threat Analysis & loss Prevention and Supply Chain Management during Military Experience. A Result-Oriented person with an analytical approach to situations and capable of achieving targets under constraints. A critical thinker, quick on the uptake, with an innate ability to adapt to any domain and deliver outstanding Results in all working environment. Leveraging extensive military experience to excel in civilian roles and contribute to organisational success in the private sector. He is a people’s man at heart. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he is Post Graduate in Human Resource Management & Operations with Graduation Political Science and Sociology. He had started his career in corporate then followed by Service to the Nation in the Prestigious Organisation of INDIAN ARMY and then followed by Vigilance and Intelligence Service for One of the most Vast growing company in India that is Reliance. With a total of 22 years of Experience in Security & Intelligence Sector has been instrumental in implementing industry new practises in the field of Security.
